Amir Ryan Lahuti - Florida-Based Accountant and Cycling Enthusiast
A self-made successful entrepreneur, Amir Ryan Lahuti, came to the United States when he was only 13 years old. His family was forced to leave Iran for political reasons.
Amir Ryan did not only have the language barrier for a teenager who did not speak English going to an American school in Michigan. But he also beat all odds by graduating from High school and college and graduate school while also dealing with ADHD and learning disabilities.
He earned a bachelor of business administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan. There, he majored in finance and accounting. He also graduated with honors from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and was elected first year class president of his law school class. Upon graduating from law school, he passed the Michigan Bar with a multi-state score of 160 ( a top 1% score).
Amir Ryan Lahuti work ethic was developed at a very young age. As soon he arrived to the US he worked multiples jobs from pumping gas at a gas station, as a clerk at a hallmark store, restaurant waiter, an usher at movie theaters. Etc His first house remodel was at the young age of 18 when without any training and no money he took upon the first investment of his life long real estate career.
As a High-functioning ADHD individual, he managed to live more than an average life. But instead he went on to be highly successful, as an accountant, an attorney, and a real-estate entrepreneur.
Currently, Amir Ryan Lahuti serves as president of Fenix & Company Inc., where he engages in property management and real estate investment. He has managed hundreds of properties for various investors in his time at the company.
Apart from his professional commitments, Mr. Lahuti is a passionate cyclist and a member of the Suncoast Pinellas County cycling group. He has won numerous cycling races with Strava. He participated in the Florida State Championships, securing a top-10 finish in both the 2020 and 2021 State criterium championships.
He is an avid reader of self-improvement literature and philosophy and prides himself on being an out of the box thinker, and problem solver.
